Troop 3Gâšī¸Our Troop
Troop 3G is a Scouting America girls' troop in Rockville, MD, founded in 2021 and serving girls ages 10â18. We meet Thursday evenings at Frost Middle School and get outdoors every month with campouts, hikes, etc., plus a week at sleepaway summer camp. Scouts earn merit badges in everything from first aid to environmental science while building real leadership skills. Our troop is youth-led, so girls plan the trips, run the meetings, and mentor younger Scouts. Since our founding, we've celebrated 9 Eagle Scouts. Whether your daughter loves adventure, wants to build confidence, or is aiming for Eagle, Troop 3G is a welcoming community where girls challenge themselves and each other and have fun doing it. New Scouts are welcome anytime.
