Welcome to Pack 57 Chesapeake
A Pack for the Whole Family
Our Pack is proud to welcome both boys and girls. We keep separate dens for boys and girls (First Grade and up). Each scout grows up alongside their peers, forming lifelong friendships. When it's time for the big stuff: campouts, pack outings, pinewood derby, the whole pack comes together as one big family.
We Challenge Kids to Grow
We give kids real responsibility and real adventure. At campouts our scouts cook their own breakfast. On the trail they lead the way while parents follow. In a world full of distractions, our mission is to create an environment that forms confident, capable, independent kids who know how to work together and figure things out on their own.
Service & Character
Character is built by giving back. Our scouts serve through food drives, cleanup projects, and local service opportunities that enable them to grow into the kind of leaders every community needs.

Summer Swim Event
Pack 57 is heading to the pool! The Great Bridge Swim and Racquet Club has been awesome enough to open their doors to us, so we are going to start the evening by giving back before we jump in the water. Schedule of Events: 5:00 PM β 6:00 PM (Volunteer Work) 6:00 PM β 8:00 PM (Pool Party & Swim Tests) Water Safety & Swim Lessons: Our Water Safety Champion, Ken McCain, is running this event to help the scouts develop a love for the water and ensure everyone is trained up safely. Swim Tests: Weβll kick off the pool time with swim tests for any scouts who haven't taken or passed theirs yet. This is the perfect opportunity to get it checked off! Swim Training & Lessons: Kenβs daughter, Maya, will be giving some swim training and speaking to the kids. If your scout is interested in taking swim lessons, this will be a great informational opportunity to get connected with her. Grilling & Fun: The club has grills available! We are making this a full cookout, so feel free to bring outside food, non-alcoholic drinks, and all your favorite pool floaties. Please post in the comments below if you plan to grill out so we can get the chat going and coordinate food! (Reminder: As this is an official Cub Scout event, no alcohol is permitted.) RSVP Required: An RSVP is required for this event so that we have an accurate head count for planning. Signup with the RSVP button below no later than two days prior please. Questions?
